Amy Cassata has 16 years of experience as a post-acute care nurse in Chicago, with her last six years as Director of Clinical Operations at a multi-site, multi-state organization. Her expertise includes overseeing departmental budgets, clinical operations, staffing resources, and major electronic health records (EHR) configurations in a wide range of health care facilities and projects.  Amy has helped multiple organizations transition from traditional, paper-based record keeping and documentation systems to fully electronic, online EHRs.

Given her practical nursing background, Amy understands the possible barriers to the adoption of digital solutions and works to ensure that administrators and providers are fully satisfied with clinical workflows and training.
