HCAF welcomes vendors to the Florida home care industry to join us in person at HomeCareCon to exhibit your products and services and gain exposure for your business. Exhibition fees are listed below.

• HCAF Members: $975

• Prospective Members: $1,850 (Become a member for an extra $117 more and take advantage of the benefits of membership all year long!)

Trade Show Booth Package

• 8' × 10' booth space in a carpeted exhibit hall (electrical outlet not included)

• 6' × 30” table (black skirting provided) with two chairs and a wastebasket with liner

• Single line identification sign (one per booth)

• Pipe and drape (black) for 8’ high back wall and 3’ side rail

• One (1) single-day conference registration pass or 50% off one (1) full conference registration or MainCon-only registration (exhibitor is responsible for submitting a registration)

• Recognition in the Trade Show Directory, circulated online and onsite to all attendees

• Admittance of two (2) booth representatives (each additional staffer is $200)

• Attendee lists to be distributed on June 24, July 8, and August 5

• Trade Show floor layout is subject to change

  • Wednesday, July 21, 8:00 AM-11:30 AM

• Exhibit Hours:​

  • Wednesday, July 21, 11:45 AM-4:30 PM

  • Thursday, July 22, 8:00 AM-1:00 PM and 3:30-5:00 PM

• Move Out: Thursday, July 22, 1:00-6:00 PM

• Optional Sponsored Networking Event: Thursday, July 22, 3:30-5:00 PM (separate registration required)
