HomeCareCon participants receive a 30% discount on self-parking rates throughout the conference (drive-in attendees and guests staying within the HCAF block of rooms). The current self-parking rate is $22 per vehicle per day (price subject to change).
HCAF reserved a block of rooms at a discounted rate for attendees through June 30. Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace may still accept reservations at the group rate, but the discount and room availability are not guaranteed after the deadline.

Group room rates are quoted exclusive of an optional resort fee. Rooms booked within the HCAF block can save money by avoiding the optional $35 resort fee per room per night. For rooms not booked within the HCAF block, there will be an optional daily resort fee — $35 per room per night — plus applicable state and local tax that will be posted to all guest rooms to cover the following items, services, and/or amenities:

Exclusive Savings for HomeCareCon
Walt Disney World® provides exclusive After 1:00 PM and After 5:00 PM Twilight Tickets and special discounted multi-day tickets to meeting and convention attendees that are not available at Disney ticket windows.
Multi-day tickets include a complimentary bonus visit to an additional Disney experience. Due to COVID-19 safety precautions, these options have been modified to include the mini-golf and Disney Oak Trail golf options. More options will be added as they become available.

Tickets are valid 7 days before, during, and 7 days after HomeCareCon meeting dates. The cut-off date for advance purchase savings is July 19, 2021.
