Ben Bogan, JD, has a BSBA in Economics from the University of Florida, and a law degree from Albany Law School. Immediately prior to joining Stoneridge Partners, Ben was an attorney for a general law practice in Tucson, Ariz., where he was also selected as the Outstanding Pro Bono Attorney for his participation in Southern Arizona’s Volunteer Lawyers Program. Ben also served as Assistant District Attorney for the Allegheny County District Attorney’s Office in Pittsburgh, Penn., and Assistant District Counsel for the United States Army Corps of Engineers in New York, where he focused on real estate and government contracts. Ben has traveled the world, having lived abroad for much of his childhood in both Europe and Asia. Gleaned through his years of educational, professional, and life experiences, Ben has a multitude of valuable skills that he brings to the mix at Stoneridge Partners, making him a valuable asset to any mergers and acquisition transaction.
