Christina Crumbley, RN, MSN, is the Chief Operating Officer at Tidal Healthcare Consulting, LLC. She provides consulting services focused on home health operational and clinical management, ICD-10 coding, and OASIS review, with a strong focus on education.

Christina is a contract surveyor with the Accreditation for Commission for Health Care (ACHC) and travels nationally to perform surveys for home health and private duty agencies.
