Irina Gorovaya has over 20 years of extensive health care experience, including long-term care, acute care, and home health. With over 10 years of nursing experience and an MBA in Health Administration, Irina was also able to experience professional growth from a field nurse to the owner/administrator of a home health agency, and subsequently, to the founder of Amity Healthcare Group, LLC. As a founder of Amity Healthcare Group, a home health consulting and education provider, Irina works hand-in-hand with clients nationwide to help them achieve their goals and objectives, whether it is operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, or achieving Medicare accreditation/certification.

In addition, Irina’s areas of expertise include telehealth and professional competency training. Irina was a featured speaker at the Florida and Colorado home care associations, as well as Accreditation Commission for Health Care.
