We are planning two vendor receptions where you have the opportunity to showcase your products and services in a relaxed atmosphere to hopefully a hundred health care professionals. This will not be a full trade show, instead it will be table top displays only [(no booths) that can handle a possible outdoor evening breeze!] Vendors have the option to host one of the receptions or both!

Two vendor representatives are permitted to participate in the reception per table. Each additional representative at the reception is $100 each.

Attendee lists will be distributed on January 4 and Jan 22, 2016.
Cancellation Policy: Notification of cancellation must be received by HCAF in writing on or before December 16th, 2015, to receive a refund minus a 30% administrative fee. No cancellation refunds will be made after that date, and all outstanding balances will be due in full.

We are now accepting sponsrship applications for our 2016 Winter Gathering! This is our 2nd year hosting a Winter Gathering, due to the large success of our Annual Conference held every summer. We felt that the industry needed a special event that could be designed to offer owner-operators, administrators, directors and managers of home care agencies an opportunity to learn more about new developments in home health care and offer practical and effective management strategies to survive all these new developments and changes.
