Join the Home Care Association of Florida for the largest home care industry event of the year in the Sunshine State – HOMECARECON!
The 2018 Annual Conference & Trade Show will kick off in Orlando with a one-day pre-conference (PreCon) on July 29, followed by three days of main conference (MainCon) sessions starting July 30 and wrapping up August 1. A two-day Trade Show takes place with more than 100 home care industry vendors on July 30 and July 31. The conference includes two early evening receptions too for attendees. HCAF does NOT use third-party companies to manage its room reservations in which scam companies call and email our attendees, speakers, and/or exhibitors and encourage participants to book rooms at reduced rates. Neither HCAF nor our conference hotel will ever contact you to book accommodations. If you receive an email or phone call of this nature, please let us know. In order to avoid these types of scams, we encourage you to make your room reservations directly with the hotel.

If you book through a travel app or other website (e.g., Expedia, Hotwire, Hotels.com, etc.), you may be able to obtain a lower nightly rate. However, beware! It is very unlikely that their rate includes the $25 daily resort fee, the amenities listed above, and discounted parking.
