À La Carte & Donations

Pick and choose the level of support your company commits to, with a variety of opportunities to get brand exposure. Please note that the listed prices apply to HCAF members. To start saving and gaining exposure for your organization, join today!

Happy Hour Reception – A happy hour event for attendees and vendors at which vendors have the opportunity to get exposure to all of our attendees. This event offers less competition and more quality time when mingling with providers (and a chance to get the last word in with them!). Vendors who are HCAF members will be able to setup a table-top display, be included in the promotion of this free event for attendees and interact with attendees during this reception. Each vendor will be given a draped table and two chairs to use in their area. The fee entitles hosts to two staffers at the table and the cost for each additional staffer is $50. There is no access to power during this event. Space is limited and will be filled on a first-come/first-commitment basis. More details will be released as they become available. ($250 per Associate member, plus any applicable audio/visual expenses or special catering expenses that you wish HCAF to arrange)

FULFILLED Attendee WiFi – Host WiFi access for all conference attendees. ($8,000)​

Attendee Pocket Map – Logo and marketing message would be the only one on the pocket map and schedule that is distributed to all attendees upon arrival to the conference. This is one resource that attendees frequently refer to throughout the conference to keep track of all the events and sessions. ($2,500)

FULFILLED Charging Station – HCAF will place four charging stations throughout the convention center in high traffic spots. These stations are highly utilized at conventions and trade shows and offer attendees charging abilities for phones and other electronics, while at the same time offering the sponsor brand recognition. Click here to view a mock-up of these stations. The deadline to secure this sponsorship is June 1 with final branding artwork due no later than July 15, 2018. ($1,000 per charging station)

Advertisement in Attendee Materials – Your flyer would be included in the materials distributed to all attendees upon arrival to the conference. If you ship the printed insert to us, it may be double-sided and printed in color. Please plan for 750 copies ($200). If HCAF needs to print it, it will only be printed in black and white. ($600 for full page or $400 for half page)

Logo in Conference Email Blasts – Company logo and website link would be included in conference email blasts. ($600 for all conference-related email blasts or $50 for individual conference blasts)

​

Audio/Visual Advertisement – Company ad/slide will be included in a looping presentation that will be rolling between as many possible conference sessions as feasible. ($250)
 

Company Logo on Directional Signage – Company logo would be printed on signs used to help navigate attendees onsite to conference activities. ($65 each; signs will be limited to 50 for the entire conference)
 

Speaker/Session Sponsorship – Is there a particular speaker or topic you would like to sponsor? Contact HCAF and we can discuss the expenses associated with that specific presentation. You can introduce yourself, your company, and then the speaker.  ($10 per attendee for full-day workshop and $5 per attendee for conference sessions; cost billed after event based on attendance)

Advertisement in Conference Brochure– Company ad included in the booklet that is used both as a promotional mailing and a handout on-site at conference. This booklet includes the session schedule and overviews. ($750 for full page, $500 for half page; $250 for quarter page)

Hotel Key Cards – Company logo and marketing message would be the only ad on the key cards provided to all attendees. ($4,000)

 

FULFILLED Excellence in Home Care Awards – Sponsor is introduced and given the opportunity to give a brief overview of the company’s products and services, and speak about how you are pleased to help recognize outstanding performance, etc. Sponsor is part of the award ceremony along with HCAF's president and given the opportunity to pose for a photo with the award recipients. Following the ceremony, a press release with photo will be sent to the award recipients' local newspaper, as well as published on HCAF's website, in the weekly email newsletter sent to more than 3,000 Florida home care professionals, and on social media platforms before more than 4,000 followers. ($2,500)

 

Any other idea to propose? If you have other ideas in mind as to items or portions of the conference that your company wishes to sponsor or additional methods that we can utilize to publicize your sponsorship and generosity, we would be interested in hearing from you! Please note that sponsorships for specific items and events will be honored on a first-come, first-served basis. Obviously some opportunities will have specific deadlines and limited number of sponsors, so please contact HCAF at your earliest convenience if you are interested.

Donate for Additional Exposure!

We accept donated items on a first-come, first-commitment basis. Would your company would be willing to donate 750 of any of the following items for attendee supplies? These items can have your company logo, name, contact information, and other marketing information imprinted on them and they will be provided to attendees upon check-in.

​

If your company does not already have a source for having these items donated with your company logo, please contact us as we have some great sources for very affordable, high quality products that can be branded for your company. Items we are looking to provide to all attendees include:

  • Padfolios or pads of 8.5" by 5.5" note paper

  • Highlighters

  • Bottles of water

  • Water bottles

  • Protein bars, mints, candy, snacks, or other edible goods

  • Post-it notes

  • Microfiber eyeglass/electronic cloths

  • FULFILLED Pocket folders
