The two-day Trade Show at HomeCareCon gives industry vendors maximum exposure before more than 600 home care professionals. Featuring meals, drinks, entertainment, and numerous opportunities to win prizes, be among more than 100 vendors exhibiting their products and services at the Florida home care industry's biggest event of the year!

Exhibitor Package

8' × 10' booth space (electrical outlet not included; click here for pricing sheet)

6' × 30” black skirted table with two chairs and wastebasket with liner in carpeted exhibit hall

12” × 18” identification sign (one per booth)

Pipe and drape for 8’ high back wall and 3’ side rail

One-day conference registration pass or 50% off one single conference registration (exhibitor is responsible for submitting a completed conference registration to HCAF)

Recognition in Trade Show Directory, circulated online and onsite

Two booth staffers are permitted to participate in the Trade Show (each additional staffer is $150)

Attendee lists to be distributed on July 2, July 16, and August 15

Tuesday, July 31

• 1:45P – 4:00P – Exhibitor move-out
• 5:00P – 6:00P – Happy Hour Reception (sponsorship opportunity available for HCAF members)

Please keep in mind that educational sessions will be taking place in breakout rooms located within the same ballroom space (Oceans 1-4) as the trade show hall (Oceans 5-12) during exhibitor move-in. Therefore, just a gentle reminder to please help us minimize disruptions, for the speakers and attendees, by setting up your booth display with as little noise as possible.
CANCELLATION
POLICY
Notification of cancellation must be received by HCAF in writing on or before July 6 to receive a refund minus a 30% administrative fee.
No cancellation refunds will be made after July 6, and all outstanding balances will be due in full.
