The table below shows the conference sessions for which HCAF has applied for continuing education credits to applicable the following Florida Boards:

  • Accounting (CPE) – Seeking approval for 42 sessions with 70 credits for TB (Technical Business) and BEH (Behavioral). If CPE course numbers are received, they will be shared with attendees. ​Depending on which sessions are attended and approved, an accountant will hopefully be able to earn a maximum of 21 credits at this conference.

  • Skilled Nursing (SN), Occupational Therapy (OT), and Speech-Language Pathology & Audiology (ST) – HCAF is an approved provider for SN, OT, and ST Florida Boards. We are pleased to offer 47 sessions with 78 credits available. Depending on which sessions are attended, a clinician could earn a maximum of 22.5 credits at this conference.

  • Physical Therapy (PT) – We have applied for physical therapy continuing education hours and are awaiting approval. Accreditation of this course does not necessarily imply the Florida Physical Therapy Association supports the views of the presenter or the sponsor. We are seeking approval of 42 sessions with 73 credits. Depending on which sessions are attended and approved, a physical therapist will hopefully be able to earn a maximum of 22.5 credits at this conference.

For certain sessions, continuing education credit was not sought due to lack of evidence as being relevant to practice, lack of required components for the applications, or time restraints/deadlines of submission.

Attendees must to sign-in at each session with a physical signature with a professional license number in order to receive continuing education credits. Based on attendance at sessions, credits will be combined and then rounded down to the nearest half or full credit.
