HCAF offers three levels of sponsorship plus à la carte options that may be purchased individually. Interested organizations are encouraged to reserve sponsorships and advertising as soon as possible as many of the benefits are preferentially awarded by order of commitment and there is limited space and opportunities available for some of the benefits.

A La Carte Sponsorship Opportunities

New Exclusive Sponsorship Opportunity Added! Pearls of Wisdom Wall – This year HCAF is celebrating its 30th anniversary serving the Florida home care industry. In keeping with the 30th anniversary tradition of the Pearl, we have created our Pearls of Wisdom wall. This  wall will be placed in a prominent location for all attendees to see. Attendees will be encouraged to write their “Pearl of Wisdom” directly on the wall as a way of showing support and encouragement as our industry prepares itself for sweeping changes. This is an exclusive sponsorship opportunity for one lucky sponsor and will include branding with the sponsor’s logo on wall as well as acknowledgement of the sponsorship in our attendee welcome packet. Happy Hour Reception (included in Gold & Platinum packages) – A happy hour event for attendees and vendors at which vendors have the opportunity to get exposure to all of our attendees. This event offers less competition and more quality time when mingling with providers (and a chance to get the last word in with them!). Vendors have option to setup a table-top display, be included in the promotion of this free event for attendees and interact with attendees during this reception. Each vendor will be given a draped table and two chairs to use in their area. The fee entitles hosts to two staffers at the table and the cost for each additional staffer is $100. Attendee Pocket Map – Logo and marketing message would be the only one on the pocket map and schedule that is distributed to all attendees upon arrival to the conference. This is one resource that attendees frequently refer to throughout the conference to keep track of all the events and sessions. ($2,500)

Charging Station – HCAF will place four charging stations (click here to view a rendering) throughout the convention center in high traffic spots. These stations are highly utilized at conventions and trade shows and offer attendees charging abilities for phones and other electronics, while at the same time offering the sponsor brand recognition. Speaker/Session Sponsorship – Is there a particular speaker or topic you would like to sponsor? Contact HCAF and we can discuss the expenses associated with that specific presentation. You can introduce yourself, your company, and then the speaker. ($10 per attendee for full-day workshop and $5 per attendee for conference sessions; cost billed after event based on attendance)

 

Advertisement in Attendee Materials – Your flyer would be included in the materials distributed to all attendees upon arrival to the conference. If you ship the printed insert to us, it may be double-sided and printed in color. Please plan for 750 copies ($250). Excellence in Home Care Awards – Sponsor is introduced and given the opportunity to give a brief overview of the company’s products and services, and speak about how you are pleased to help recognize outstanding performance, etc. Sponsor is part of the award ceremony along with HCAF's president and given the opportunity to pose for a photo with the award recipients. Following the ceremony, a press release with photo will be sent to the award recipients' local newspaper, as well as published on HCAF's website, in the biweekly email newsletter sent to more than 3,000 Florida home care professionals, and on social media platforms before more than 4,000 followers. 'Ask the Expert' Booths – These booths would be set up in the trade show foyer where people could pre-schedule time with our sponsors or drop-by during posted “office hours”. Sponsorship would fund the construction, promotion and signage for this new conference feature/activity. ($4,000)

Whiteboards – To facilitate collaboration and inspiration amongst participants, we will be inviting participants to add their own thoughts throughout the conference. ($1,000 per giant board)

 

Donate for Additional Exposure!

 

We accept donated items on a first-come, first-commitment basis. Would your company be willing to donate 750 of any of the following items for attendee supplies? These items can have your company logo, name, contact information, and other marketing information imprinted on them and they will be provided to attendees upon check-in.
