Exhibitor Package

8' × 10' booth space (electrical outlet not included)
6' × 30” blue skirted table with two chairs and wastebasket with liner in carpeted exhibit hall
12” × 18” identification sign (one per booth)
Pipe and drape for 8’ high back wall and 3’ side rail
Either one (1) single day conference registration pass or (1) 50% discount on a 3- or 4-day conference registration (exhibitor is responsible for submitting a registration to HCAF)
Recognition in Trade Show Directory, circulated online and onsite
Two (2) booth staffers permitted to participate in the Trade Show (each additional staffer is $200)
Attendee lists to be distributed on June 28, July 15, and August 15
