ABOUT YOUR BOOTH

Our Trade Show Exhibitor Package includes:

  • 8' X 10' booth space

  • One 6' x 30” skirted table with two side chairs and wastebasket with liner in carpeted exhibit hall

  • One 7” x 44” single-line identification sign (one sign per exhibitor)

  • Pipe & drape for 8’ high back wall & 3’ side rail (two color combination – TBD)

  • Free 1-day conference registration (Tues or Wed) pass or 50% discount on single conference registration (Note: Exhibitor is responsible for submitting a completed conference registration to HCAF)

  • Recognition in the TRADE SHOW DIRECTORY, circulated online and onsite.

  • Two booth staffers are permitted to participate in the trade show for free. Each additional booth staffer is $100 each.

  • Attendee lists distributed on  7/5/16, 7/18/16 and 8/17/16.

  • Electrical Outlet not included in booth cost.

 

BOOTH PLACEMENT

Exhibitors will have access to the Trade Show floor plan and will get to select your own booth number. Booths will be assigned based on first-come, first-commitment basis.

Each year our Annual Conference & Trade Show grows bigger and bigger! We hope to have over 700 attendees this year, making this once again the largest event for the home care industry in Florida, with over 80 exhibitors showcasing their products and services.

 

DO YOU OFFER SPECIAL RATES FOR NON-PROFITS?

HCAF's Trade Show allows exhibitors to directly showcase your products and services to the largest audience of home health providers in one building!
