This year we are hosting HCAF's Annual Conference at a new luxurious location: Renaissance Orlando at SeaWorld®. Their deluxe accommodations and premier location across from SeaWorld® and other famous Orlando attractions that inspire unforgettable experiences. Children can splash around at R Aqua Zone, a waterpark built to excite, while grownups can break a sweat in their state-of-the-art fitness center. Five restaurants, a Starbucks and ice cream shop will please all palates. Pamper yourself in style at the full-service Neu Lotus Spa and enjoy a massage, facial or scrub.

HCAF Group Guest Room Rate:

+ $164 plus applicable state and local taxes (currently 12.5% as of Sept 2015) in effect at the time of check-out

New This Year: Daily Resort Fee is OPTIONAL

+HCAF recommends that only those guests traveling with children who would eat at the restaurant or those planning to take public transportation to the theme parks consider opting in for it. If you are not traveling with children and not planning to visit the local theme parks, then decline the resort fee upon making your reservation and again upon check-in when it is offered as an upgrade.

The Optional Daily Resort Fee (currently $25 per room per night, plus applicable taxes) covers several amenities:

Guest Room Reservations must be received on or before 5:00 pm, Friday, July 8, 2016 (the “Cutoff Date”). At the Cutoff Date, the Hotel will review the reservation pickup for the Event, release the unreserved rooms for general sale, and determine whether it can accept reservations based on a space- and rate-available basis at the Home Care Association of Florida group rate after this date.

PLEASE NOTE: Our room block can potentially fill-up BEFORE the above Cutoff Date! (It’s happened with the past couple of years.) Please do not wait until it’s too late for this great rate and availability, and book your reservations today!
