We accept donated items on a first-come, first-commitment basis. Would your company would be willing to donate 750 of any of the following items for attendee supplies? These items can have your company logo, name, contact and other marketing info imprinted on them and they will be provided to attendees upon check-in. If your company does not already have a source for having these items donated with your company logo, please contact us as we have some great sources for very affordable, high quality products that can be branded for your company. A La Carte Advertising

$50-$6,500

Pick and choose the level of support your company commits, with a variety of opportunities to get brand exposure:

 

+ It’s 5 o’clock here!-- a Special Happy Hour Event for Attendees and Vendors

On the evening of Wednesday, August 3rd vendors have the opportunity to get intimate exposure to all of our attendees. This event offers less competition and more quality time when mingling with providers (and a chance to get the last word in with them!). Those vendors that are HCAF members will be able to setup a table-top display, be included in the promotion of this free event for attendees and interact with attendees during this reception. Each vendor will be given a draped table and two chairs to use in their area. Your fee entitles you to two staffers at the table and the cost for each additional staffer is $50. There is NO access to power during this event. Space is limited and will be filled on a first-come/first-commitment basis.  More details will be released as they become available. Your flyer would be included in the materials distributed to all attendees upon arrival to the conference. If you ship the printed insert to us, it may be double-sided and printed in color ($200). If HCAF needs to print it, it will only be printed in black and white ($600 per full page or $400 per half page).
