+ It’s 5 o’clock here!-- a Special Happy Hour Event for Attendees and Vendors

On the evening of Wednesday, August 3rd vendors have the opportunity to get intimate exposure to all of our attendees. This event offers less competition and more quality time when mingling with providers (and a chance to get the last word in with them!). Those vendors that are HCAF members will be able to setup a table-top display, be included in the promotion of this free event for attendees and interact with attendees during this reception. Each vendor will be given a draped table and two chairs to use in their area. Your fee entitles you to two staffers at the table and the cost for each additional staffer is $50. There is NO access to power during this event. Space is limited and will be filled on a first-come/first-commitment basis.  More details will be released as they become available. Your logo and marketing message would be the only one on the pocket map and schedule that is distributed to all attendees upon arrival to the conference. This is one resource that attendees frequently refer to throughout the conference to keep track of all the events that take place. ($2,500)

 

+ Ad in Attendee Materials

Your flyer would be included in the materials distributed to all attendees upon arrival to the conference. If you ship the printed insert to us, it may be double-sided and printed in color ($200). If HCAF needs to print it, it will only be printed in black and white ($600 per full page or $400 per half page).

+ Logo in Conference Email Blasts

Your logo and website link would be included in conference related email blasts. ($600 for all conference related email blasts or $50 for individual conference blasts)

Your Company Ad/Slide will be included in a looping presentation that will be rolling between as many possible conference sessions as feasible. ($500)

Sponsor a prize basket in our free raffle drawing that will be awarded throughout the exhibit show! Recognition will be printed in the promotion of the drawings as well as verbally during the announcement of the winner. ($300 each)

 

+ Brand Recognition in Handout Binders

Your logo would be included on the cover of our handout binders. Handout binders are purchased separately by attendees for those that prefer a printed reference of the session presentations. ($100)

 

+ Company Logo on Directional Signage

Your logo would be printed on signs used to help navigate attendees onsite to conference activities. ($50 each)

+ Speaker/Session Sponsorship

Is there a particular speaker or topic you would like to sponsor? Contact us and we can discuss the expenses associated with that specific presentation. You would introduce yourself, your company and then the speaker. ($10 per attendee for full-day workshop and $5 per attendee for conference sessions- billed after event based on attendance)

($2,500)
